The instructor came off as knowledgeable, but this did not seem to be a highly crafted learning experience. Lots of slide reading made the material difficult to stay engaged with.
Additionally, I did not think it was appropriate to advertise for CCW insurance within a government mandated class. I understand this business is private, however I thought it was poor practice.
Overall, I thought the content was good, and the instructor fairly knowledgeable, but I found the communication of the information to be wanting. I would highly recommend refining the content of this class. read less
